I’ve been on a memoir kick lately and these slim volumes, "Things in Nature Merely Grow" by Yiyun Li and "Memorial Days" by Geraldine Brooks, left a deep impression on me. In many ways, they feel in conversation with each other.

There are lots of great books getting film or tv adaptations in the second half of 2025 - this is our reading list to make sure we read the books first before enjoying the screen version!

On our week long family vacation, I recommended three books to my 19 year old that I’d read and loved and she read them all! I was SHOCKED.
