Where Your Clothes Go

Pre-Loved Collection: Eligible items are refreshed and sold in-store or online.
Upcycled: Pieces with small flaws are reimagined into new designs.
Any items that do not sell will be donated to Crozet Cares.

If you’d proudly hand them to a friend, they’re probably ready for us!

Freshly washed, free of stains, odors, or pet hair (this is an absolutely must).
Buttons buttoned, zippers zipped, no missing parts.
Laundered and folded (or hung).
No trash bags of mystery laundry, please.

Our maximum number of items per appointment is ten.

When in doubt, bring it in and we'll check!

This is a tough one. But, at the end of the day it comes down to how much we can price it for in the store keeping in mind brand, quality, and condition. We base your store credit offering on that!

Sure, for the listed price! We kid, but once you sell it to us it becomes ours.

Swing by the shop to pick up your gift card and any items we can't keep.
